Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with the chopped bacon.
- Place the mixture in your air fryer basket.
- Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the Brussels sprouts are tender and slightly charred.
- Drain off any excess bacon fat, leaving about a tablespoon in the basket.
- Drizzle the maple syrup over the Brussels sprouts and bacon.
- Toss to coat evenly.
- Return to the air fryer and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the syrup is slightly caramelized.
- Season with salt and pepper.
