Creamy and refreshing avocado ice cream.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk, milk, lime juice, and salt to the blender.
  3. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  5. Alternatively, pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours, stirring every hour to prevent ice crystals from forming.
  6. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • Ensure the avocados are very ripe for the best texture and flavor.
  • Adjust the amount of lime juice to your preference.
  • For a richer ice cream, use heavy cream instead of milk.
