Ingredients

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk, milk, lime juice, and salt to the blender.
- Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Alternatively, pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours, stirring every hour to prevent ice crystals from forming.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
- Ensure the avocados are very ripe for the best texture and flavor.
- Adjust the amount of lime juice to your preference.
- For a richer ice cream, use heavy cream instead of milk.
