- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- While the meatballs are baking, warm the marinara sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Once the meatballs are cooked, toss them gently with the warm marinara sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the meatball mixture.
