Instructions

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine beer and water in a large pot. Add bratwursts.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Remove bratwursts from liquid and grill until browned, about 5 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
