Description
A refreshing blend of berries, hibiscus, and lemon, perfect for a warm day.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 hibiscus tea bags
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sweetener (honey, agave, or sugar), adjust to taste
- Ice
- Lemon slices and extra berries for garnish
Instructions
- Place the berries in a pitcher and lightly muddle them.
- Add the hibiscus tea bags to the pitcher.
- Pour the boiling water over the berries and tea bags. Let steep for 5-10 minutes, or until the desired strength is reached.
- Remove the tea bags and discard.
- Stir in the fresh lemon juice and sweetener. Taste and adjust sweetener as needed.
- Allow the lemonade to cool to room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Serve over ice, garnished with lemon slices and extra berries.
Notes
- You can use fresh or frozen berries. If using frozen, there’s no need to thaw them first.
- Adjust the amount of sweetener to your preference. You can also use a sugar substitute.
- For a sparkling version, top with club soda or sparkling water.
