Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

- Stir in half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the fresh parsley.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the dip is hot throughout and the cheese on top is melted and lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining fresh parsley before serving hot with bread slices.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use roasted garlic instead of fresh minced garlic.
- Serve immediately with thick slices of baguette or sourdough bread for dipping.
- You can prepare the dip mixture up to 24 hours ahead and keep it refrigerated before baking.
