Description

Make a quick and easy copycat version of the famous Big Mac secret sauce at home. This no-cook recipe tastes just like the original and is ready in minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon White Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
  2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until the sauce is smooth and uniform in color.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Stir the sauce again before serving on your burgers or as a dip.

Notes

  • For a slightly tangier flavor, reduce the sweet pickle relish by one teaspoon and add a dash more white vinegar.
  • If you do not have sweet pickle relish, use finely chopped dill pickles and add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar.
  • This sauce keeps well in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
