- 1 large head of lettuce (iceberg or butter lettuce work well)
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- Mayonnaise, for spreading
Instructions
- Cook the bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Separate the lettuce leaves and wash them thoroughly. Pat them dry.
- Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the inside of each lettuce leaf.
- Place a slice of tomato on the mayonnaise.
- Break the crispy bacon strips in half and lay them on top of the tomato.
- Fold the lettuce leaf in half or roll it up to enjoy.
