- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for brushing crust)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). If using, lightly brush the crust with olive oil.
- Spread the fig jam evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a small border.
- Scatter the crumbled blue cheese over the fig jam.
- Sprinkle the fresh thyme leaves on top.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
