Description

A simple recipe for baking salmon fillets topped with creamy Boursin cheese for a quick, flavorful meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 4 tablespoons Boursin cheese (Garlic & Fine Herbs flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Rub the top of each fillet lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread one tablespoon of Boursin cheese evenly over the top surface of each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time depends on the thickness of your fillets.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute the olive oil with melted butter for a richer flavor.
  • If you prefer a crispier top, place the baking sheet under the broiler for the last 1-2 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning the cheese.
  • This dish pairs well with roasted asparagus or a simple green salad.
