- 1 clove garlic, halved
- 4 ounces burrata cheese
- 4 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
- Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil.
- Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
- Rub one side of each toasted baguette slice with the cut side of the garlic clove.
- Top each crostini with a dollop of burrata cheese.
- Drape a slice of prosciutto over the burrata.
