- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 (15-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, crumbled bacon, drained corn, and chopped green onions.
- Add the garlic powder and black pepper. Mix everything until well combined.
- Transfer the dip mixture to a medium baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly golden on top.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced baguette.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of smoked paprika.
- If you prefer a spicier dip, include a dash of hot sauce or a few diced jalapeños.
- You can prepare the dip ahead of time and refrigerate it. Add an extra 5-10 minutes to the baking time if baking from cold.
