Description
This Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Bread is the ultimate party appetizer. It’s incredibly easy to make, incredibly delicious, and guaranteed to be a huge hit with your guests.

- 1 loaf of unsliced white bread or brioche
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the bread into 1-inch cubes, but do not separate them completely from the bottom.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the butter mixture generously over the bread cubes, making sure to get into all the nooks and crannies.
- Stuff the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses in between the bread cubes.
- Wrap the bread tightly in aluminum foil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is melted and gooey.
- Carefully unwrap the bread and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately and watch it disappear!
Notes
- For an extra kick, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the butter mixture.
- Feel free to use your favorite combination of cheeses.
- If you don’t have fresh parsley, you can use 1 tablespoon of dried parsley.
