  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup dried cherries
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, chopped almonds, dried cherries, chia seeds, and salt.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well combined.
  5. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges.
  7. Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
