- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
- 2 cups cooked egg noodles
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup crushed potato chips (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the condensed cream of mushroom soup and milk. Stir until smooth.
- Add the drained and flaked tuna to the soup mixture.
- Stir in the cooked egg noodles.
- Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- If desired, top with crushed potato chips.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden.
- Let it stand for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can use cream of chicken soup instead of cream of mushroom.
- Adding a tablespoon of finely chopped onion or celery to the mixture can add extra flavor.
