- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Roll the mixture into small meatballs, about 1-inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and lightly browned.
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the glaze. In a small saucepan, combine the cranberry sauce, orange juice, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard.
- Heat the glaze over medium heat, stirring until it’s smooth and slightly thickened.
- Once the meatballs are cooked, remove them from the oven and drain any excess fat.
- Pour the glaze over the meatballs and toss to coat them evenly.
- Return the glazed meatballs to the oven for another 5 minutes to allow the glaze to set.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
