- 1 pound sliced deli ham
- 1 pound sliced roast pork
- 8 ounces Swiss cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup dill pickle slices
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1 can (16.3 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread the ham evenly in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer the roast pork over the ham.
- Arrange the Swiss cheese slices over the pork.
- Scatter the pickle slices over the cheese.
- Drizzle the yellow mustard evenly over the pickles.
- Separate the biscuit dough and arrange the biscuits on top of the mustard layer, covering the casserole.
- Brush the tops of the biscuits with melted butter. Sprinkle with dried parsley if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through, and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use leftover roast pork or store-bought deli roast pork.
- For a spicier kick, use a spicy brown mustard.
- If you don’t have biscuits, you can use a layer of sliced bread or even a cornbread topping.
