Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound sliced deli ham
  • 1 pound sliced roast pork
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle slices
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1 can (16.3 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread the ham evenly in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Layer the roast pork over the ham.
  4. Arrange the Swiss cheese slices over the pork.
  5. Scatter the pickle slices over the cheese.
  6. Drizzle the yellow mustard evenly over the pickles.
  7. Separate the biscuit dough and arrange the biscuits on top of the mustard layer, covering the casserole.
  8. Brush the tops of the biscuits with melted butter. Sprinkle with dried parsley if desired.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through, and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can use leftover roast pork or store-bought deli roast pork.
  • For a spicier kick, use a spicy brown mustard.
  • If you don’t have biscuits, you can use a layer of sliced bread or even a cornbread topping.
