- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- For the Vinaigrette: 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey

- For extra crunch, add 1/4 cup of toasted pecans or slivered almonds.
- If you prefer a sweeter dressing, increase the honey by one teaspoon.
- You can substitute balsamic glaze for the vinaigrette if you want a richer flavor profile.
