Description

A very fast, no-cook meal requiring only mixing ingredients and assembling. This is ideal for the quickest lunch or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large butter lettuce leaves


Instructions

  1. Drain the water from the can of tuna.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped celery, and black pepper.
  3. Mix the ingredients until they are fully combined into a salad.
  4. Spoon the tuna salad mixture evenly onto the center of the four lettuce leaves.
  5. Fold or roll the lettuce leaves around the filling to create wraps. Serve immediately.

Notes
