A very fast, no-cook meal requiring only mixing ingredients and assembling. This is ideal for the quickest lunch or snack.

- 1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large butter lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Drain the water from the can of tuna.
- In a small bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped celery, and black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients until they are fully combined into a salad.
- Spoon the tuna salad mixture evenly onto the center of the four lettuce leaves.
- Fold or roll the lettuce leaves around the filling to create wraps. Serve immediately.
Notes
- If you prefer, substitute plain Greek yogurt for the mayonnaise to reduce fat content.
- You can add a dash of hot sauce if you want a little spice.
- Use pre-washed lettuce to save time on preparation.
