Description

Prepare these simple, no-bake bites featuring the classic combination of chocolate, peanut butter, and banana.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the mashed bananas, rolled oats, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and maple syrup. Mix until fully incorporated.
  2. Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
  3. Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
  4. Place the balls on a parchment-lined plate or tray.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.

Notes

  • If the mixture seems too sticky, add 1 tablespoon more rolled oats.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  • You can substitute almond butter for peanut butter if desired.
