Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained
- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 4 large butter lettuce leaves
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the drained tuna, Greek yogurt, chopped celery, and Dijon mustard.
- Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
- Spoon the tuna mixture evenly onto the center of the four lettuce leaves.
- Fold the sides of the lettuce leaves around the filling to create a wrap.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For faster prep, buy pre-chopped celery if available.
- You can substitute mayonnaise for Greek yogurt, but Greek yogurt adds protein and reduces fat.
- Make the tuna salad mixture ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator for up to two days.
