Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ripe medium bananas, mashed
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the mashed bananas, peanut butter, and baking soda. Mix until fully incorporated into a thick dough.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a fork.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before moving them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas for the best sweetness and texture.
- If you prefer a firmer cookie, chill the dough for 15 minutes before baking.
- You can substitute creamy peanut butter with crunchy if you prefer texture.
