Scale
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning, plus more for garnish
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives, for garnish (optional)

- Bring water to a rolling boil over high heat. Once boiling, immediately remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 10-12 minutes.
- Drain hot water and transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes to stop cooking.
- Peel the cooled eggs carefully. Cut each egg in half lengthwise.
- Gently remove the yolks and place them in a medium bowl.
- Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper to the mashed yolks. Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons of everything bagel seasoning.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
- Garnish with additional everything bagel seasoning and chopped fresh chives, if desired.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- For easier peeling, use eggs that are a few days old.
- Adjust the amount of everything bagel seasoning to your preference.
- For a smoother filling, use a food processor to blend the yolk mixture.
