Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.

- Add the cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract to the butter and sugar mixture. Stir until just combined.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time until the batter is smooth and glossy.
- Gradually add the flour, mixing until just incorporated. Do not overmix.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter).
- Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
