Description

Whip up these incredible Garlic Butter Steak Bites for a fast, flavor-packed dinner. This recipe delivers rich, savory goodness perfect for a quick meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels. Season them evenly with salt and pepper.
  2. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add one tablespoon of butter and let it melt until it foams slightly.
  3. Add half of the steak cubes to the hot skillet in a single layer. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until nicely browned. Do not overcrowd the pan. Remove the first batch and set aside.
  4. Repeat the searing process with another tablespoon of butter and the remaining steak cubes. Remove and set aside.
  5. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the remaining two tablespoons of butter to the skillet.
  6. Once the butter melts, add the minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant, stirring constantly. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
  7. Return all the seared steak bites to the skillet. Toss gently to coat them completely in the garlic butter sauce.
  8. Cook for 1-2 minutes more, just to heat through.
  9. Remove from heat. Garnish generously with fresh chopped parsley before serving immediately.

Notes

  • Use a high-heat oil like avocado or canola if your butter starts browning too quickly during the searing stage.
  • For best results, let your steak sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes before cooking.
  • You can substitute sirloin with filet mignon or ribeye for a richer flavor.
