Description

These Garlic Parmesan Kale Chips are an incredibly crispy and flavorful snack. They’re a healthier alternative to traditional potato chips, offering a satisfying crunch and savory taste that will keep you coming back for more.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bunch kale, stems removed and torn into chip-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Wash and thoroughly dry the kale. Ensure the kale is completely dry to achieve maximum crispiness.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the kale pieces with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the kale in a single layer on a baking sheet. Do not overcrowd the pan.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges are crispy but not burnt. Keep a close eye on them as they can burn quickly.
  6. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. The residual heat will help the cheese adhere.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Ensure kale is very dry before seasoning for best results.
  • Baking time may vary depending on your oven.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
