- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil and minced garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for another 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Serve immediately.
