- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow dish, combine almond flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well.
- In another shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and water.
- Dip each chicken tender first into the egg mixture, letting any excess drip off.
- Then, dredge the chicken tender in the almond flour mixture, pressing gently to ensure it’s fully coated.
- Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can bake them on a wire rack set inside the baking sheet.

- These tenders can also be air-fried at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
