Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large bell pepper (any color), cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, oregano, and black pepper.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef, bell pepper pieces, red onion pieces, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
- Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
- Grill the kabobs for 8-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Season with salt to taste.
Notes
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before threading to prevent them from burning on the grill.
- You can customize the vegetables based on your preferences. Zucchini, mushrooms, and corn on the cob cut into rounds are also great options.
- For extra flavor, you can add other seasonings to the marinade like paprika, cumin, or red pepper flakes.
