Description

Learn to make delicious grilled beef kabobs with this easy-to-follow recipe. Perfect for your next barbecue.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 large bell pepper (any color), cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, oregano, and black pepper.
  2. Add the beef cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated beef, bell pepper pieces, red onion pieces, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
  5. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  6. Grill the kabobs for 8-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Season with salt to taste.

Notes

  • If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before threading to prevent them from burning on the grill.
  • You can customize the vegetables based on your preferences. Zucchini, mushrooms, and corn on the cob cut into rounds are also great options.
  • For extra flavor, you can add other seasonings to the marinade like paprika, cumin, or red pepper flakes.
