Grilled corn on the cob with a flavorful garlic-chive butter.

- 6 ears fresh corn, shucked
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped chives. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the shucked corn directly on the preheated grill.
- Grill the corn for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
- Remove the grilled corn from the grill.
- Generously spread the garlic-chive butter over the hot corn.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can soak the corn in water for 30 minutes before grilling to help keep it moist.
- Try adding other herbs like parsley or cilantro to the butter.
- Grilled corn is best served hot off the grill.
