- 1 pound white fish fillets (like cod or tilapia)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush fish fillets with olive oil and season with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Grill fish for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky.
- While fish is grilling, warm tortillas on the grill or in a dry skillet.
- In a small bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice to make the salsa.
- Break fish into large pieces.
- Fill each tortilla with fish and top with mango salsa.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use any firm white fish for this recipe.
- Adjust the amount of chili powder and cumin to your spice preference.
