- 1 tablespoon harissa paste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the carrot sticks with olive oil, harissa paste, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, turning halfway, until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized.
