Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  3. Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, turning halfway, until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized.
  5. While the carrots roast, mix the plain yogurt and lemon juice in a small bowl for the dip.
