Description

Make soft, pull-apart garlic bread using sweet Hawaiian rolls, garlic butter, and melted cheese. This recipe is fast and great for any meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Keep the Hawaiian rolls connected in their original packaging or arrange them closely in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Using a skewer or toothpick, poke holes all over the tops and sides of the rolls, going deep into the center of the cluster.
  5. Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the rolls, making sure the butter seeps into the poked holes.
  6. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese over the top of the rolls.
  7. Cover the baking dish loosely with aluminum foil.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes covered.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are lightly golden.
  10. Serve immediately while warm and gooey.

Notes

  • Poking the rolls allows the garlic butter to soak deep into the bread for maximum flavor.
  • You can use a mix of cheeses like Monterey Jack or Provolone instead of mozzarella.
  • For extra garlic flavor, brush a little extra melted garlic butter on top right before serving.
