- 1/2 cup dried hibiscus flowers

Instructions
- Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Remove from heat and add the dried hibiscus flowers.
- Stir in the sugar until dissolved.
- Let the tea steep for 10-15 minutes, or until it reaches your desired strength.
- Strain the tea into a pitcher, discarding the hibiscus flowers.
- Let the tea cool to room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Serve over ice with lemon or lime slices, if desired.
