Description

A no-bake cookie dough snack providing over 30 grams of protein per serving, made without raw eggs or refined sugar.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter (peanut or almond)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Combine the protein powder, cottage cheese or Greek yogurt, nut butter, maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract in a medium bowl.
  2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until a uniform dough forms. Add a teaspoon of water or milk if the mixture is too dry.
