Instructions
- Steep the lavender buds in boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
- Strain out the lavender buds and discard them.
- While the lavender infusion is still warm, stir in the honey until it dissolves completely.
- Let the honey-lavender syrup cool to room temperature.
- In a pitcher, combine the cooled syrup with 4 cups of cold water.
- Stir well.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the iced tea over the ice.
- Garnish with fresh lavender sprigs and lemon slices, if desired.
