Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (3-4 pound) boneless, skin-on turkey breast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, rosemary, thyme, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create a paste.
- Rub the herb and garlic paste all over the turkey breast, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan.
- Roast for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part registers 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey breast rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra moist turkey, you can brine it before roasting.
- Feel free to add other herbs like sage or marjoram to the paste.
- If the skin starts to brown too quickly, you can loosely tent the turkey breast with foil.
