- 2 cups ripe mango chunks, frozen
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine frozen mango chunks, yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup, cardamom, and salt in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more milk.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.
- To unmold, run the popsicle molds under warm water for a few seconds.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use full-fat yogurt.
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- Add a squeeze of lime juice for a zesty kick.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios or a sprig of mint before serving.
