- 1 tablespoon dried mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup cooked, shredded chicken or tofu (optional)
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced (for topping)
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for topping)
Instructions
- In a mason jar, combine the dried ramen noodles, dried vegetables, and dried mushrooms.
- Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- If adding protein, layer the cooked chicken or tofu on top of the dry ingredients.
- Seal the jar tightly.
- To prepare, empty the contents of the jar into a bowl.
- Add 2 cups of boiling water.
- Stir well and let it sit for 3-5 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.
- Garnish with sliced green onion and sesame seeds before serving.
