This is a creamy, tangy, and slightly spicy sauce perfect for Mexican street corn (elote). It’s quick to make and adds a delicious flavor to your corn.

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sour cream.
- Stir in the chopped cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Serve immediately over grilled or boiled corn.
