Description

Make this rich and creamy Million Dollar Pie using a graham cracker crust, cream cheese, pineapple, and pecans. This dessert requires no baking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained well
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, plus extra for topping
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Chill the crust for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk until fully combined.
  4. Stir in the well-drained crushed pineapple, 1 cup of chopped pecans, and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until no streaks remain.
  7. Spoon the filling into the chilled graham cracker crust, spreading evenly.
  8. Cover the pie loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  9. Before serving, sprinkle the top with extra chopped pecans.

Notes

  • Drain the crushed pineapple very thoroughly; excess liquid will prevent the pie from setting properly.
  • You can substitute walnuts for pecans if desired.
  • For a firmer crust, bake the crust for 8 minutes at 350°F before chilling, though this recipe is designed to be no-bake.
