Description
Create a delicious pull-apart bread filled with pesto-marinated chicken and cheese. It’s a perfect party appetizer that’s easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser.

- 1 loaf of white bread or French bread
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup pesto
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, pesto, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
- Cut the bread into a grid pattern, making cuts down to, but not through, the bottom crust.
- Stuff the pesto chicken and cheese mixture into the cuts in the bread.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture over the top of the bread.
- Wrap the bread tightly in aluminum foil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Unwrap the bread and bake for another 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Adjust the amount of pesto to your preference.
- Feel free to add other cheeses like provolone or Monterey Jack.
