Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces diced pimentos, drained
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the grated cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise to the bowl.
  3. Stir in the drained diced pimentos and cayenne pepper.
  4. Mix all ingredients together until well combined and creamy.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  7. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a spicier spread, add more cayenne pepper or a pinch of red pepper flakes.
