Ingredients

  • 4 large portobello mushrooms, stems removed

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 4 burger buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a shallow dish, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and Italian herbs.
  3. Add the portobello mushroom caps to the marinade and turn to coat evenly. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
