Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wipe the mushroom caps clean with a damp cloth.
- Place the mushroom caps, gill-side up, on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the mushroom caps with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly over the inside of each mushroom cap.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
