Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (5 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked

- 1 tablespoon red onion, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Drain the canned salmon well and place it in a medium bowl. Flake the salmon using a fork.
- Add the mayonnaise, chopped celery, minced red onion, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and dried dill weed to the bowl.
- Mix all ingredients together until they are just combined and creamy. Do not overmix.
- Season the salad with salt and pepper to your preference.
- Serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a lower-fat option, substitute half of the mayonnaise with plain Greek yogurt.
- Serve this salad inside lettuce cups for a low-carb meal.
- Add 1 tablespoon of sweet pickle relish for a different flavor profile.
