- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk (any kind)
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, and 2 tablespoons of milk. Blend until smooth. Pour this mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about one-third full. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Rinse the blender. Combine frozen mango chunks, orange juice, and the remaining 2 tablespoons of milk. Blend until smooth. Carefully pour this layer over the strawberry layer in the popsicle molds. Freeze for another 30 minutes.
- Rinse the blender. Add frozen blueberries and honey or maple syrup (if using). Blend until smooth. Gently pour this blueberry mixture over the mango layer in the popsicle molds.
- Insert popsicle sticks into each mold. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
- To unmold, run the popsicle molds under warm water for a few seconds. Enjoy your Rainbow Smoothie Popsicles!

- Feel free to swap out fruits based on what you have on hand or your favorite flavors.
- For a dairy-free option, use plant-based yogurt and milk.
