A festive red, white, and blue trifle perfect for patriotic holidays.

- 1 (10.75 ounce) loaf pound cake, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Arrange half of the pound cake cubes in the bottom of a large glass trifle dish.
- In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the pound cake layer.
- Layer half of the sliced strawberries over the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer half of the blueberries over the strawberries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining pound cake, cream cheese mixture, strawberries, and blueberries.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- You can use store-bought or homemade pound cake.
- For best results, chill the trifle for several hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
