- 1 cup fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/4 cup rosemary simple syrup (see notes)
- 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda
- Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish
- Grapefruit slices, for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the fresh grapefruit juice and rosemary simple syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with sparkling water or club soda.
- Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and a grapefruit slice.
Notes
- To make rosemary simple syrup: Combine 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, and 3-4 fresh rosemary sprigs in a saucepan. Heat gently, stirring until sugar dissolves. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let it steep for at least 30 minutes. Strain out the rosemary sprigs and let cool.
