Description

A delightful and invigorating mocktail featuring the zesty notes of grapefruit combined with the aromatic essence of rosemary. Perfect for any occasion when you want a refreshing and sophisticated non-alcoholic drink.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1/4 cup rosemary simple syrup (see notes)
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish
  • Grapefruit slices, for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the fresh grapefruit juice and rosemary simple syrup.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  4. Top with sparkling water or club soda.
  5. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and a grapefruit slice.

Notes

  • To make rosemary simple syrup: Combine 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, and 3-4 fresh rosemary sprigs in a saucepan. Heat gently, stirring until sugar dissolves. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let it steep for at least 30 minutes. Strain out the rosemary sprigs and let cool.
