Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 packages instant ramen noodles
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • Chopped peanuts, for garnish
  • Green onions, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain, reserving about 1/4 cup of the noodle water.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, and sugar.
  3. Gradually whisk in the reserved hot water until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the drained noodles to the bowl with the sauce. Toss well to coat.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped peanuts and green onions.

Notes

  • Adjust chili garlic sauce to your spice preference.
